Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in systems engineering or related field; passion for hydrographic survey.
• 5+ years in project management, technical management, or offshore party chief in robotics or hydrographic survey.
• Technical background in geophysical data acquisition, processing, and deliverable generation.
• High ownership and ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team to a common outcome.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple concurrent commercial and government AUV survey projects, including resource demand planning, scheduling, and logistics.
• Develop project scope and manage changes through the life of the project; track risks; generate schedules.
• Support generation of data products and standardized workflows to meet requirements.
• Provide contract management support including SOWs, change orders, and data rights assertions.
• Support testing events; serve as customer PoC and interface during testing and funded work.
• Represent customer needs for follow-on business capture, prioritizing new capabilities and assisting proposal generation.
• Travel to support customer meetings and operations approximately 25-40% of the time.
