Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quincy, MA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead seabed survey projects and drive development plans for new capabilities. You will manage audits, coordinate multiple concurrent government and commercial projects, and serve as a customer advocate within a fast-paced team.

You will own planning, data processing, and contract management while collaborating with Engineering, Field Operations, and Business Development. US Secret security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, renewable energy, ocean engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management or offshore experience in robotics or hydrographic survey.
• Technical background in geophysical data acquisition, processing, and deliverable generation.
• High ownership with ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team to a common outcome.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to obtain/maintain a US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple concurrent AUV survey projects, including resourcing, scheduling, and logistics.
• Review customer data requirements, map to system capabilities, and support post mission data products.
• Provide contract management support including SOWs, changes, and data rights.
• Support engineering in integration, testing, and debugging in a high-velocity environment.
• Act as voice of the customer for follow-on work and capture new business opportunities.
• Travel to customer meetings and operations ~25–40% of the time.
