Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quincy, MA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to plan and execute seabed survey projects, influence design plans, drive test and development plans, and support business development with strong customer advocacy.

The role requires offshore survey experience, program leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with clear communication across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and hydrographic survey interest.
• 5+ years of PM or offshore management experience in robotics or hydrographic survey.
• Technical background in geophysical data acquisition, processing, and deliverables.
• Strong ownership and ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team toward outcomes.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple concurrent commercial and government AUV survey projects, including resourcing and scheduling.
• Review data requirements and map them to system capabilities and deliverables.
• Provide contract management support including statements of work and change orders.
• Support testing and deployment efforts with clear status, risks, and data deliverables.
• Interface with stakeholders to represent customer needs and support proposal development.
• Travel to client meetings and operations about 25-40% of the time.
