Job summary

Touchpoints seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale implementations in the public sector. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate with executives, and ensure data migrations and system integrations meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires a strong background in Salesforce implementations for public sector projects, expertise in API management and middleware, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in technology consulting or systems integration.
• 4+ Project Management experience in Salesforce implementations in Public Sector preferred
• Background in large-scale system integrations and data migrations
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Monday.com)
• PMP certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale implementations and manage multiple concurrent projects (minimum 2)
• Coordinate with executives and stakeholders to drive program success
• Oversee data migrations and system integrations to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets
• Provide strong communication and presentation to executive audiences
