Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a contract position to lead a complex public-sector technology modernization initiative. You will drive a Salesforce LPI platform implementation, coordinate across business teams, vendors, and government agencies, and oversee planning, development, testing, launch, and ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years managing large technology programs, strong vendor and stakeholder coordination, and solid PM discipline

Formación

• 5–8+ years IT project management experience
• Experience managing software implementations across multiple workstreams
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking skills
• Experience with risks, issues, dependencies, escalations
• Experience coordinating vendors, technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
• Knowledge of SDLC, release management, and PM methodologies
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery
• Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills
• Experience developing plans, status reports, and acceptance tests
• Familiarity with MS 365, Teams, SharePoint, and PM tools
