Job summary

CoStar Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple software implementations for CoStar Real Estate Manager and Visual Lease. You will report to the Director of Project Management and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include project initiation, scope and risk management, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of technical project management experience, externally facing.
• Experience managing enterprise‑scale SaaS implementations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and initiate projects; lead cross‑functional teams.
• Define scope, schedule, and budget; manage risks and issues.
• Lead stakeholder communications and executive status updates.
• Ensure quality and on‑time delivery of software implementations.
