Job summary

Everyday Electric is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own planning, execution, and operational health of complex, cross-functional programs across our VPP platform and consumer energy products.

This role is part of the Technical Program Management team and reports to the Director of Technical Program Management, with significant independence to define how programs are structured, tracked, and delivered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management experience, with multi-team scope.
• Ability to build or improve program management systems and frameworks.
• Strong technical foundation to discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers.
• Proven cross-functional alignment across technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team programs from scoping through launch and handoff.
• Define planning frameworks, milestones, and risk models for predictable delivery.
• Identify blockers and tradeoffs with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to set roadmap sequencing and launch readiness criteria.
• Drive full product lifecycle, post-launch validation, and operational handoff to sustaining teams.
• Share best practices and retrospectives to raise TPM execution standards.
• Synthesize complexity into executive-ready options for decision makers.
• Maintain cross-program awareness and surface risks before escalations.
