Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a high-growth digital experience assurance program within a BPO delivery model. You will coordinate Cisco ThousandEyes customer implementations, establish scalable PM practices, and manage cross-functional technical resources with executive-level communication.

The role focuses on delivering complex IT projects, building repeatable PM standards, and ensuring customer success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional project management experience.
• Experience delivering at least one full IT software implementation lifecycle.
• Active PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM).
• Experience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN networking environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex technical implementation projects, ensuring use cases are deployed on time and within scope.
• Build and refine internal PM processes for the new PM team.
• Drive customer onboarding and coordinate cross-functional resources to hit milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and acceptance criteria for multiple engagements.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and secure formal acceptance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
