Zocdoc is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Practice Solutions in a hybrid setup. You will own complex, cross‑functional programs spanning engineering, product, and design to enable scalable, multi‑tenant SaaS services that power patient access across channels.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in technical program leadership, strong cloud and distributed-systems knowledge, and superb communication with executives. This role offers autonomy and high visibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management.
• Track record delivering large cross-functional initiatives in a product-led SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures, and event-driven systems.
• Ability to reason about architectural tradeoffs without owning implementation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and drive planning cadence across engineering and product to deliver a sequenced roadmap.
• Lead large, multi-quarter platform initiatives spanning multiple teams.
• Build reporting and transparency for status, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to anticipate risks before production.
• Clarify ownership and reduce cross-team friction across platforms.
