Job summary

Harvey, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Platform & Infrastructure to drive critical platform initiatives as the company scales.

You will connect Core Infrastructure, Backend Platform, and product engineering with Security and Finance, building durable multi-quarter roadmaps and driving multi-team execution. You will own cost optimization, cloud migrations, and capacity planning, while aligning executives around measurable delivery and platform health metrics.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technical program management.
Deep technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, databases, networking, observability, CI/CD, and platform/service frameworks.
Experience leading large infrastructure initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior engineering stakeholders without direct authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of Harvey's platform & infrastructure programs, including cloud migrations and cost optimization.
Lead infrastructure cost program with ownership, accountability, and reporting with Finance.
Drive horizontal platform initiatives end-to-end across multiple teams.
Engage with external vendors (AWS, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic) for capacity and planning.
Define, measure, and report platform health metrics (cost, capacity, reliability).
Run operating cadence (working groups, steering reviews, exec readouts).
Collaborate with senior ICs/EMs to evaluate architectural tradeoffs and unblock execution.
