Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Quality and Reliability to champion cross-functional initiatives that enhance the quality, reliability, and operational excellence. You will be the owner of Harvey’s product quality and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to address gaps in test coverage, release safety, incident management, and observability.

Qualifications

• Own release management end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Introduce and enforce change safety standards (risk assessments, rollbacks, feature flags, bug bashes).
• Lead reliability initiatives to improve test coverage, observability, and incident response readiness.
• Define and report reliability metrics (change failure rate, MTTR, SLI) and drive sustained improvement.
• Identify gaps in release processes, testing, monitoring, and incident response; create structured improvement plans with owners and timelines.
• Triage and resolve customer-reported issues with Product and User Operations, ensuring timely follow-up and continuous improvements.
• Improve the incident management lifecycle: post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and tracking corrective actions.
