Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead Admin and Platform design systems. You will set the craft bar, define governance, and drive adoption across teams while shaping AI tooling and workflows.

This role reports to Design leadership and influences executives and customers. You will build and lead a high-craft team, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and ensure design quality scales as Harvey grows in AI-enabled professional services.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Product Design, with 5+ years managing designers.
• Experience owning a design system at scale.
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products.
• Strong portfolio showing impact from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own Admin as a product: drive strategy and execution with Product and Engineering.
• Own the design system: set craft bar, governance, and adoption.
• Own AI tooling for the design org: decide tools and workflows.
• Build and lead a high-craft IC team across surfaces.
• Lead across the org with executives and customers to shape the product.
