Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Product Operations Manager, Integrations to own the operating system behind integrations and partner ecosystems. You will manage APIs, MCP servers, and third-party connectors, triaging requests and coordinating launches to scale the program.

You will work with Product, Engineering, and GTM to balance partner needs with Harvey's roadmap, driving lightweight, scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Product Operations or related roles on an integrations-focused team.
• Direct experience working on integrations, APIs, or a partner platform.
• Knowledge of APIs and MCP concepts such as auth, rate limits, and schemas.
• Experience in app stores, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems.
• Ability to manage external technology or ISV partner relationships.
• Hands-on in early-access/beta programs and coordinated launches.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, triage, and prioritization of integration requests from customers and partners.
• Coordinate cross-team resolution and communicate status on issues.
• Manage relationships with technology and ISV partners across lifecycle.
• Plan, run early-access programs, onboard partners, and launch integrations.
• Translate feedback into clear roadmap requirements and documentation.
