Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive open banking initiatives across Europe using agile (scrum) and SAFe methodologies. You will lead planning, dependencies, and deployments while coordinating across Mastercard and partner teams to enable market expansion.

You will oversee complex programs, manage vendor engagements, and ensure security and compliance requirements are met, all while mentoring others and driving strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale cloud programs using Agile/SAFe.
• Ability to lead multiple teams across regions and manage dependencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with PCI compliance and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and organize the work, analyze data, drive performance improvements, and influence resource allocation for all stages of execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Mastercard and partner organizations to align architectures and delivery.
• Manage complex dependencies and ensure production deployment readiness and customer onboarding.
• Communicate complex issues and decisions clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Mentor and recruit others, and contribute to strategic planning and governance.
