Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager for Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM). This remote role can be based in the US in an Entegris operating state.

You will drive ADM NPIs from concept to high-volume manufacturing, aligning BD, R&D, engineering, operations, and manufacturing to deliver scalable, high-performance products. You will manage complex programs, mitigate risks, and promote standardized development processes while communicating effectively with customers and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of direct experience managing technical projects and engineering workflows.
• Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies or NPIs in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong PM skills including risk management, stakeholder management, and project closure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Product Introductions (NPIs) from concept to high-volume manufacturing.
• Define and track NPI milestones (sampling, development, HVM).
• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks across development and production lifecycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale.
• Promote standardized product development processes and best practices.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Support data-driven decision making and structured problem solving.
• Assist in crafting customer communications balancing requirements and competitive positioning.
• Manage complex, high-impact programs critical to the business or customers.
