Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7–10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred; with 5 years of Technical Program Management in an engineering development environment.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and leadership across engineering, sales, operations and vendors.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-NRE and multi-Engineer teams in the delivery of complex test hardware, software and environmental solutions to meet customer requirements.
• From quoting to final production, plan, organize, budget, track and coordinate cross-functional program activities for on-time delivery.
• Lead initiatives to improve capabilities, drive cost reductions, and ensure alignment with production flows.
• Monitor schedules, costs and resources to meet program deliverables and customer schedules.
