Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager to lead customer-driven hardware programs from concept through mass production. You will own SoW and PRD, drive cross-functional teams across HW, SW, Central, Diagnostics, and Manufacturing, and ensure milestones are met to deliver high-quality products.

The role requires deep hardware development expertise, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

10+ years in hardware engineering and leadership for NPI programs.
Experience with rack-mounted data center or enterprise gear.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Create SoW and PRD for complex hardware programs.
Lead weekly cross-functional engineering team meetings.
Interface with customers and partners to plan milestones and allocations.
Lead cross-functional team across HW, SW, Diagnostics, and Manufacturing.
Track design validation and qualification status, solving issues proactively.
Develop master schedule aligning cross-functional deliverables with lifecycle milestones.
Chair design reviews, bug scrubs, and milestone reviews.
Coordinate cost analysis and milestone checkpoint reviews.
Ensure issue ownership and timely escalation to leaders.
Facilitate engineering portions of phase gates.
