Qualifications

• 5–8+ years across Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Experience running multiple substantial programs with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proven governance: intake, prioritization, stage gates and escalation.
• Strong planning craft: WBS, scheduling, critical path, dependencies.
• Experience owning program budgets and engineering capacity.
• Hands‑on with Jira and Confluence; dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple concurrent technical programs from intake through launch.
• Own the cross‑program dependency map and governance.
• Define launch criteria and readiness gates with key teams.
• Build and maintain integrated program schedules with milestones.
• Allocate people and capacity across programs and vendors.
• Provide clear, auditable status to leadership and stakeholders.
