This role requires strong technical judgment, ability to challenge architecture estimates, and a product-minded approach that ties work to customer value.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years across Technical Program Management, Technical Product Management, Engineering, or Engineering Management.
• Proven governance skills: intake, prioritization, stage gates, change control, decision rights, escalation paths.
• Strong planning craft: work-breakdown, integrated scheduling, critical path, dependency management, estimation, and cross-team resource allocation.
• Experience owning program budgets and allocating engineering capacity across competing priorities with stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple concurrent technical programs from intake through launch — platform consolidation, cloud migration, enterprise partner integrations, pharmacy automation, and AI-enabled operations.
• Own the cross-program dependency map; identify synergies and consolidate efforts before teams build the same capability three ways.
• Run risk and issue management with a live RAID log; escalate early with an option set, not just a red status.
• Define launch criteria and readiness gates with Engineering, Product, Pharmacy Operations, Compliance, and Partner teams.
