Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating with engineers, executives, and cross-functional partners. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate effectively across the organization.

The role focuses on maintaining high-performance infrastructure and scalable solutions across Google's data centers and platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Certification in PMP, Scrum, Agile, CCNP, CCIE, BISCI, or RCDD.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience delivering network technologies in enterprise offices, data centers, or ISP/Telco programs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
Prioritize program goals, translate stakeholders’ needs into deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decision-making on goals and delivery.
Define project scope and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
Review metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
Identify and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive impact and build dashboards.
