Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the Leo E-Commerce Foundations team in Redmond, WA.

You will lead cross-functional automation programs spanning Finance, Legal, Accounting and Tax to improve efficiency and reduce costs for Leo’s global e-commerce operations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of TPM experience working with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams with release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global finance, accounting, legal, tax to develop automation schedules aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax and Operations to launch the business successfully.
• Drive project schedules from test to launch and proactively adjust plans to avoid risks.
• Identify program-wide risks and drive them to closure with defined mitigation strategies.
• Work with Engineering teams to design automation solutions and commit to builds.
• Create and maintain team best practices and navigate ambiguity to achieve goals.
• Write effective narratives and present status to senior management clearly.
• Drive consensus across stakeholder groups and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project status and escalation when needed to meet plan.
