Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets for decision-making.
• 3+ years dissecting financial data to support strategy.
• 3+ years cross-functional initiatives driving financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close for customer operations including vendor invoices and reconciliations.
• Develop and improve financial reporting infrastructure and dashboards for leadership.
• Create automated controls and audit mechanisms for cost lines and spend vs. forecast.
• Produce variance analysis and bridges explaining month-over-month movements.
• Support planning cycles with data inputs and rate card analytics.
• Partner with FinTech and engineering to build scalable financial tools.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
