As Sr. Technical Program Manager, you'll tackle complex business and technology challenges, working with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver software solutions that scale globally, to automate key behaviors for our constellation's space and ground assets, and to execute our mission plans safely and effectively.

You will thrive in ambiguity, using your technical judgment to question assumptions, validate requirements, and solve problems before they become roadblocks. Your collaborative approach and problem-solving expertise will be essential as you manage diverse stakeholder requests and drive operational excellence across multiple programs.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and manage technical requirements for test, verification and harness of complex systems
  • Decompose technical requirements for test into software and hardware requirements aligned with development, manufacturing and verification test strategy.

You must be familiar with variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project life-cycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.

**This role is located in Redmond, WA and candidate will be required to be onsite. No location flexibility.

Export Control Requirement Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
