Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a results-driven professional to support the Accounting PMO for the Amazon Leo program. The role partners with global teams to design and deploy scalable financial solutions and ensure robust controllership across initiatives.

You will balance time-to-market with automation investments, driving cross-functional decisions and ensuring successful financial system integrations on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional programs: end-to-end implementation activities, processes, metrics, documentation, and communications.
• Partner with delivery teams across worldwide business, technology, and product to deliver program outcomes on time.
• Analyze data, provide feedback on priorities, timelines, and outcomes for decision-making.
• Prepare clear updates and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with business, product, accounting, technology, and finance owners to support scalable financial automation with strong controllership.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation options and escalation as needed.
