Job summary

International is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Technical to lead multiple product development programs and manufacturing insourcing for commercial vehicles. You will plan, execute and close programs, guiding cross-functional teams to meet quality, schedule and cost targets in a fast-moving environment.

You will regularly present status to executives, manage resources for cross-functional teams, and navigate a matrixed organization while traveling ~25% to regions including South America,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of technical project/program management experience.
• Master's degree and at least 5 years of technical project/program management experience.
• At least 10 years of technical project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed program scope, budget and schedules based on leadership intent.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality, schedule and financial targets.
• Present program status to senior management and executive audiences.
• Travel 25% domestically and internationally (South America, Mexico, Europe).
