Job summary

The Robert Bosch Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer programs featuring embedded automotive and stationary control units. You will be the main technical interface among customers and Bosch engineering teams, accountable for quality, cost, delivery, scope, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams across North America, Germany, India, and more to SOP and project closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related field.
• 8+ years in automotive, off-highway, industrial or embedded systems development.
• 5+ years leading global engineering projects as technical project manager.
• Experience managing complete product life cycles from concept to SOP.

Responsibilities

• Interface between customer engineering teams and Bosch to drive project targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams across systems engineering, software, hardware, and manufacturing.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate PPAP, production readiness, and pre-launch activities.
• Communicate with executives and manage stakeholder expectations.
