Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial Vehicle Programs to lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with Stage Gate processes.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance, and involves developing schedules, managing risks, and presenting status to customers and senior management.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project or program management experience.
• Experience communicating and working directly with external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Working knowledge of APQP and structured program-management methodologies.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-level programs and support larger, higher-complexity global programs.
• Assemble cross-functional program teams and lead the program-planning process.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, financial baselines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and other functional teams to meet requirements.
