Google Cloud's Gemini supports customers by delivering enterprise-grade AI-driven support experiences. As Senior Product Technology Manager, you will define the product strategy for Support on Gemini and lead the development of proactive and reactive agentic AI systems.

You will shape how customers interact with and benefit from these new capabilities. You will collaborate with GCBP, vendors, and engineering to bring features to market, own requirements, and guide the team through data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years in a technical role providing enterprise-level support and workflows.
• 9 years with two or more of web tech, data/big data, systems admin, ML, networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP, VMware.
• 6 years troubleshooting and advocating for customers, addressing cloud risks.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into product idea, strategy, and roadmap for Support on Gemini.
• Drive the creation and launch of agentic AI systems for customer support.
• Own product requirements for Cloud Support and collaborate with teams to bring features to market.
• Act as SME on technical knowledge for support, guiding improvements based on data.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders to communicate strategy and results.
