Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager/Solutions Engineer for the Gemini program. You will own scaled pre-launch testing and feedback across products, leading cross-functional initiatives and developing tools to support research and engineering execution.

You will balance speed with long-term resilience and collaborate with global teams. The role emphasizes technical judgment, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment to deliver impactful program outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead, and own highly complex program charters across cross-functional teams with OKRs and data-driven governance.
• Design program comms plans and manage stakeholder relationships to align objectives and executive messaging.
• Establish scalable processes and tooling to embed user-centric advocacy into core product development workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among UXR, PMs, and engineering partners for scope, milestones, and resources.
• Anticipate change management needs and develop rollout plans with continuous process improvements.
