Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths.
Coordinate with Security, IT Operations, and Business Units.
Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., ticket enrichment, auto‑assignment, closure validation).
Ensure controls are in place for data integrity and workflow accuracy.
Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
Track and report key metrics (e.g., time to remediate, SLA compliance, vulnerability aging).
Develop training materials and run enablement sessions.
Drive adoption through communication and change management.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
