Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager - Supply Chain to lead SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations onsite in Santa Clara, CA for a 12-month contract. You will define objectives, scope, timelines, dependencies, and coordinate IT, Sales, Channel, and other business functions.

The role requires 3–5 years in program management, governance, SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program or project management experience, with preferred experience in Supply Chain and ERP implementations (SAP IBP/SAP S/4HANA).
• Hands-on governance, SIT/UAT, and cutover planning experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of interrelated projects within complex programs, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Establish governance, project plans, schedules, templates, and reporting frameworks across IT, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product Management, and other functions.
• Ensure program documentation and executive communications, including minutes, updates, and steering materials.
