Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of complex technical programs and customer initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

You will establish program plans, monitor performance, and mitigate risks, while communicating status to executives and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years in project or program management; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience managing complex technical programs in engineering, manufacturing, or EPC environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision support.
• Experience with PM tools and scheduling platforms.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex technical programs.
• Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish controls to monitor performance, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and customers.
• Lead customer engagements to ensure program success and adherence to requirements.
• Identify requirements, constraints, and solutions with stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues impacting timelines or quality.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders clearly.
