We are Seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of platform engineering initiatives. This individual will act as a liaison across Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Governance teams, ensure scalable, secure, and compliant platform capabilities, and Align delivery with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

Program & Delivery Leadership

• Lead program planning and execution for platform engineering initiatives
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and technology domains
• Monitor KPIs (cycle time, throughput, release predictability)
• Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement
• Maintain backlog quality and prioritization standards
• Collaborate on environment provisioning and infrastructure delivery
• Coordinate enterprise tool integration and pipeline optimization
• Align platform roadmap with enterprise architecture
• Drive standardization and reusability

2.4 Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Partner with Security, Compliance, Architecture, and business stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, and risk policies
• Maintain regulatory and audit compliance
• Provide executive-level reporting and transparency

Technical Oversight:

• Apply knowledge of Azure, DevOps, APIs, and automation
• Understand enterprise technology stack and integrations
• Bridge technical solutions with business outcomes
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, lead time, deployment frequency)
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements

Required Qualifications:

Technical & Program Management Experience

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs
• Experience with Azure, DevOps/CI-CD, APIs, microservices, SDLC automation
• Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Jenkins

Governance & Regulatory Acumen

• Understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience with ITSM, incident management, and audit standards
• Familiarity with change and risk management in regulated environments

Leadership & Communication Skills

• Ability to lead without direct authority
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
