Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Edge Network Scaling Engineering to lead end-to-end delivery of scaling programs connecting fulfillment centers and last-mile sites to the cloud.

You'll own full lifecycle from architecture validation to fleet-wide deployment, negotiate resources across engineering teams, and translate infrastructure outcomes into financial impact for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience delivering product and technical roadmaps.
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure and systems engineering.
• Experience owning large cross-functional tech programs from inception to fleet-scale delivery.
• Experience managing programs across multiple engineering teams and negotiating priorities.
• Ability to communicate program status, risk, and finance clearly to Directors.
• Deep understanding of WAN, cloud networking, or distributed infra to identify risks.
• Track record of decomposing multi-year architectural programs into milestones.
• Experience contributing to OP1/OP2 planning narratives or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle for Edge Network Scaling Engineering, from requirements definition through deployment and rollout.
• Drive roadmap execution for native cloud network access at high-bandwidth sites, from pilots to fleet rollout.
• Negotiate resources and align priorities across Edge Engineering, AWS networking, Finance, and deployment partners.
• Build financial accountability frameworks linking architecture decisions to cost outcomes and track variance.
• Establish deployment playbooks and governance to ensure execution across multiple workstreams and report to Directors.
