Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate cybersecurity remediation initiatives across the organization. You will guide end-to-end remediation of findings from scans, assessments, audits, incidents, and continuous monitoring, building a data-driven, risk-based approach and a centralized remediation operating model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management or cybersecurity program management.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional remediation programs in cybersecurity or enterprise IT.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as vulnerability management, incident response, identity, cloud security, and application security.
• Experience with findings from audits, risk assessments, penetration tests, and security incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, prioritization, and execution of cybersecurity remediation programs using a data-driven, risk-based approach.
• Deliver end-to-end remediation for multiple concurrent workstreams across Moderna teams.
• Establish and manage a centralized remediation operating model with governance, SLAs, escalation paths, and tracking.
• Define program metrics, risks, and trends to drive accountability and improvement.
• Translate findings into actionable remediation plans and manage risk acceptance with sign-off.
• Provide executive-ready communications on status, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Contribute to secure engineering practices and a more inclusive culture.
