Job summary

Snowflake is hiring a Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager for the Application Experience (AppEx) organization in the United States. The TPM will own high-visibility, cross-functional programs spanning developer surfaces, tooling, AI-powered experiences, and platform components.

You will partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers to define roadmaps, surface dependencies, and actionable execution plans that scale across multiple sub-orgs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management for cloud software.
• Experience with developer-facing products or platform engineering.
• Ability to work with engineers and architects while keeping programs on track.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with CI/CD, release management, and API-first development.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive cross-functional programs across AppEx engineering teams.
• Define program roadmaps, surface dependencies, and execution plans with engineers and managers.
• Serve as the connective tissue across AppEx sub-orgs to stay aligned and unblocked.
• Establish reporting cadences tracking milestones, risks, decisions, and health.
• Drive cross-org alignment on APIs and developer-facing launches touching multiple Snowflake surfaces.
• Identify friction and design workflows to improve velocity and predictability.
• Represent AppEx programs to senior leadership with data-backed status and recommendations.
