Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager for the AppEx organization. You will own cross‑functional programs spanning application surfaces, developer tooling, and AI‑powered experiences, collaborating with engineers, product managers and leaders to drive delivery.

You will define roadmaps, surface dependencies, and execution plans, maintain program health, and communicate status with leadership. Prior experience with cloud‑native lifecycles and developer products is ideal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management in a cloud software company.
• Experience with cross‑team programs from scoping to delivery.
• Strong ability to partner with engineers, product, design and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, cross‑functional programs across AppEx teams.
• Define roadmaps, surface dependencies, and executable plans.
• Serve as connective tissue across sub‑orgs to stay aligned.
• Establish reporting cadences and escalate as needed.
• Drive API alignment and developer‑facing feature launches.
• Identify friction and design workflows to boost velocity.
• Present data‑backed status and recommendations to senior leadership.
