Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management in cloud software.
• Experience guiding complex cross-team projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of developer-facing products or platform engineering.
• Strong cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and executives.
• Familiar with CI/CD, release management, and API-first development.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional initiatives within AppEx from inception to delivery.
• Develop roadmaps, identify dependencies, and define execution strategies.
• Coordinate with AppEx sub-teams to align programs and remove obstacles.
• Maintain reporting on milestones, risks, decisions, and health.
• Drive API integrations and rollout of developer-facing features.
• Improve planning and delivery processes with streamlined workflows.
• Provide updates to senior leadership with data-driven insights.
• Foster collaboration and transparency across the team.
