Job summary

Enlighten is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive day-to-day delivery of the Data Lakehouse platform for DoW cyber operators. You will coordinate across Application, Data, and Infrastructure teams to ship, validate, and accredit software on a predictable cadence.

This hybrid role requires 1-2 days onsite in Columbia, MD with occasional travel up to 10%. You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate roadmaps into releases while maintaining security

Qualifications

• Secret level U.S. Government security clearance required (must obtain).
• 6+ years in DoW cyber, agile software development, and/or big data with a relevant degree.
• 5+ years as TPM/PM delivering software in Agile environments.
• Ability to lead through influence without direct reporting lines.
• Experience with data architectures including data lakes and data lakehouses.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform delivery cadence with monthly sprints and quarterly releases.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and risk management.
• Own end-to-end release process from code to deployment and accreditation.
• Communicate release contents to government stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Owners on roadmap to backlog items.
