Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the day-to-day execution and delivery of our next-generation Data Lakehouse platform for DoW cyber operators at scale.

You will own the release train end to end, partner with Product Owners and engineering leads, and lead cross-team coordination in a hybrid environment with 1–2 days onsite in Columbia, MD. Strong DoD experience and a security-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Clearance required for U.S. government projects; secret level eligibility.
• 5+ years in TPM/PM roles driving software delivery in Agile environments.
• Experience with modern data architectures: data lakes, data lakehouses, data warehousing.
• Proven ability to work with DoW or other federal customers and procurement processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate complex tech for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform delivery cadence with monthly sprints and quarterly releases across all engineering teams.
• Translate roadmap priorities into sprint-ready backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate end-to-end release processes, integration testing, and go/no-go decisions.
• Map interdependencies between teams and unblock components for clean integration.
• Own risk management, budget tracking, and security accreditation activities.
• Communicate release contents and timelines to government stakeholders; ensure alignment.
• Travel up to 10% CONUS/OCONUS; work on site 1–2 days per week in Columbia, MD.
