Job summary

Enlighten is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the day-to-day execution and delivery of a next-generation Data Lakehouse platform for DoW cyber operators. You will own release trains end-to-end, coordinating across Application, Data, and Infrastructure teams, and partner with Product Owners to turn roadmaps into shipped, validated software.

Remote within the United States with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Must obtain and maintain a Secret level U.S. Government Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
8+ years in DoW cyber, agile software development, or big data with appropriate degree/experience.
5+ years as TPM/PM delivering software in an Agile environment.
Proven success delivering multi-team software programs with dependencies, schedules, risk and cross-functional communication.
Ability to lead through influence without direct manager authority.
Understanding of data architectures including data lakes, data lakehouses, data warehousing, big data tech.
Experience with DoW or government customers, procurement and accreditation processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate complex tech to varied audiences.
Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS/OCONUS).
Ability to work from home within the U.S.

Responsibilities

Drive the platform delivery cadence across all engineering teams with monthly sprints and quarterly releases.
Translate the roadmap into milestone-driven delivery plans with clear acceptance criteria.
Oversee end-to-end release process from code-complete to deployment and accreditation.
Map and sequence interdependencies between teams and unblock components as needed.
Maintain a risk register and drive path-to-resolution escalations.
Track program budget, burn rates, and forecasts.
Support RMF/ATO security authorization for platform artifacts.
Communicate release contents and timelines to government stakeholders.
Deep-dive into platform architecture (Lakehouse, Kubernetes, IAM) for tradeoff discussions.
Represent platform in demos and ensure deployment across environments.
