Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Portfolio/Senior Program Manager to lead a cloud big data program and interface with government leadership, COR, and Enlighten executives. You will guide day-to-day management, shape long-term objectives, and ensure end-user requirements are met across the contract while working a hybrid schedule with travel as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in similar TPM/PM roles, DoD contract experience, and strong communication, with on-site collaboration at the Columbia, MD site

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred; U.S. citizenship
• 6 years of experience in roles with scope and complexity comparable to this program; Bachelors; 4 years with Masters; or high school with 10 years progressive experience
• 5+ years in Technical/Program Manager, PM, Delivery Lead, or equivalent for cloud, IT systems, and agile software in government contexts
• Direct experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
• Experience supporting DoW/DoD contracts; prior Air Force, Army, or Marine experience is a plus
• Ability to work with software, system, and platform engineers; strong stakeholder communication and public speaking
• Willingness to work 3–4 days onsite at Enlighten HQ in Columbia, MD and travel up to 20% CONUS/OCONUS

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead project performance, meet milestones and service delivery dates
• Stakeholder & Customer Interface: Serve as the single point of contact with Government leadership, COR, Enlighten executives, and cross-functional teams
• Agile & Technical Management: Oversee technical operations, agile development, resource allocation, and performance across teams
• Strategic & Integration Planning: Set long-term goals, ensure end-user requirements are met across contracts
• Team & Resource Governance: Establish standards, schedules, and address roadblocks with corporate resources
• People Management & Direction: Train and direct staff, enforce policies and quality standards
• Public Speaking & Capability Presentation: Present Enlighten capabilities in customer-facing meetings
• Additional duties as assigned
