Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Portfolio/Senior Program Manager to lead a cloud big data program, interfacing with government leadership, COR, Enlighten management, and cross-functional teams. The PM oversees day-to-day management, long-term objectives, and ensures end-user requirements are met for the contract lifecycle.

This hybrid role entails on-site work in Columbia, MD and occasional travel. #Mid-Senior Level role requiring DoD/DoW experience, strong agile and leadership skills, and a focus on

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI; U.S. citizenship required.
• 6+ years of experience on programs of similar scope; or 4 years with a Master's; or 10 years with HS.
• 5+ years in Technical Program/Delivery leadership on cloud, IT ops, and agile gov programs.
• Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts including FFP.
• Prior DoD/DoW contracting experience preferred.
• US military contract experience (USAF/Army/Marine Corps) preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers to meet customer needs and communicate milestones.
• Strong PMO-style governance, scheduling, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to work 3–4 days onsite in Columbia, MD and travel up to 20% CONUS/OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead overall project performance and milestones.
• Stakeholder & Customer Interface: Primary point of contact with Government leadership, COR, Enlighten executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Agile & Technical Management: Oversee operations, agile development, resource allocation, and performance.
• Strategic & Integration Planning: Set long-term goals and ensure end-user requirements are met.
• Team & Resource Governance: Develop schedules, enforce standards, and mobilize resources.
• People Management & Direction: Supervise staff, communicate goals, and ensure quality.
• Public Speaking & Capability Presentation: Present Enlighten capabilities in meetings and briefings.
• Additional duties as assigned.
