Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Project Manager to drive project management and customer coordination for strategic accounts. You will be the primary contact for tracking requests, managing issues, ensuring schedules, and coordinating resources.

The role bridges technical teams and customers, with on-site support as needed and continuous service delivery improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, 6+ years in PM or technical account

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
6+ years in project management or technical account management.
Experience in data center or server/system environments preferred.
Willingness to travel for on-site customer support.

Responsibilities

Serve as main project coordinator for strategic customers and tracking requests.
Monitor schedules, consolidate status updates, and report progress.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and identify improvement areas.
Coordinate on-site support and cross-functional rapid response deployments.
Define and implement enhancement plans with technical teams.
Manage resources, including manpower and hardware requirements.
Facilitate collaboration between ETF engineers, PM, Service, FAE, Rack, and RD teams.
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
Identify risks and bottlenecks to improve service quality.
