• Coaching/mentoring and conflict management/negotiation skills.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation workstreams, defining structure and governance.
• Ensure financial discipline across programs — CAR management, forecasting, variance tracking, and budget reporting.
• Develop and deliver executive-level program communications and dashboards.
• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across priorities as a strategic SME.
• Represent the DMO in leadership forums and governance bodies.
• Define and champion delivery standards and AI-focused practices.
• Own delivery across cross-functional teams with architecture, engineering and product.
• Partner with vendors and system integrators to maintain momentum and quality.
