Job summary
Disney Experiences Technology in Orlando seeks a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead AI-enabled transformation across Disney’s experiences platforms. You will define and own AI and automation strategy, drive end-to-end execution, and build reusable accelerators, partnering with data, product, and engineering teams to deliver measurable business value.
You will lead a high-performing team, communicate progress to senior executives, and ensure governance and quality in AI deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI, ML, data engineering, or automation with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven delivery of AI/automation capabilities from concept to production.
- Deep fluency in applied AI/ML including LLMs, generative AI, and enterprise automation.
Responsibilities
- Define and own AI and automation strategy aligned to business goals.
- Lead end-to-end execution from design to production deployment.
- Design reusable AI accelerators and governance models for enterprise use.
- Partner with technology teams on roadmaps and data readiness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing delivery team.
