Job summary

Disney Experiences Technology seeks a Senior Manager, AI Delivery Execution to lead AI and automation across transformation programs in Florida. You will own strategy, design reusable accelerators, and partner with tech teams to ensure production-grade AI solutions align with business goals.

You will influence senior stakeholders, build high-performing teams, and communicate progress to VP/SVP audiences, delivering measurable value across Disney Experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI, ML, data engineering, or automation with 3+ years leading technical teams in large orgs.
• Proven ability to deliver AI/automation from concept to production with measurable business impact.
• Deep fluency in applied AI/ML including LLMs, generative AI, and enterprise automation patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI and automation strategy; lead end-to-end execution in transformation programs.
• Design reusable AI/automation accelerators scalable across multiple DX businesses.
• Partner with tech teams on AI roadmaps, data readiness, and governance models for AI tools.
