Job summary

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, collaboration with creative and UX teams, expertise in Agile/SAFe, DevOps concepts, and proficiency with JIRA/Confluence. PMP/Agile certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project management experience with enterprise solutions.
• Experience collaborating with technology, design and UX teams.
• Strong budgeting and cost-benefit analysis experience.
• Ability to drive forecasts and communicate risks to executives.
• Hands-on with Agile, Lean, Kanban, or Waterfall methods.
• Understanding architectural and technical aspects of projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI‑driven reporting solutions and manage complex project plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and track interdependencies.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders with regular updates.
• Guide decision‑making with user analytics and impact insights.
• Maintain project budgets, timelines, and prioritization plans.
• Support product owners in roadmaps aligned to outcomes.
• Benchmark tools and inform tool selection and implementation.
• Produce monthly forecasts of expenses and capital requirements.
