Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead engineering delivery within the Data, Digital & AI team. You will coordinate data, product, and infrastructure efforts, aligning with strategy and driving execution across web, mobile, and backend initiatives.

The role emphasizes data readiness, dependency management, and stakeholder communication, with hands-on PM discipline in a cross-functional, remote-friendly US setting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical initiatives you personally owned and delivered.
• Ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions and drive initiatives to completion.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate with teams on different cadences.
• Strong working knowledge of data, pipelines, and data readiness; not a data engineer role but able to manage data risks.
• Strong understanding of application development, client-server and API dependencies, and release readiness.
• Experience leading delivery across multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives, scoping through launch, across data, product, and infrastructure teams.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into executable delivery plans, managing sequencing and risk.
• Drive web/mobile feature launches, API/service integrations, and release coordination with architectural fluency.
• Keep initiatives moving by resolving stalled decisions with clear options and a named owner.
• Assess risks and opportunities, drive process improvements, and pursue productivity enhancements.
• Manage delivery using Linear as the single source of truth across multiple product teams.
