Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for data, digital, and AI initiatives. The TPM will coordinate data, web/mobile product engineering, and infrastructure, translating roadmaps into executable plans while managing risks and dependencies across multiple teams.

This role sits at the delivery core, separate from product direction, and requires strong communication and hands-on technical fluency.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical initiatives for product development and software engineering.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into detailed solutions and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience coordinating data engineering, product or application engineering, and infrastructure within the same initiative.
• Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment with multiple groups

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives, from scoping through launch, across data engineering, product engineering (web and mobile), and infrastructure.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into executable delivery plans.
• Drive delivery for web and mobile feature launches and API/service integrations with architecture awareness.
• Keep initiatives moving by resolving priorities and decisions with clear options and owners.
• Regularly assess risks, drive process improvements, and promote productivity.
• Run the delivery operating system in Linear, tracking sprint planning, dependencies, and status across teams.
• Coordinate data readiness and quality across delivery for data-dependent plans.
